Hip-Hop, beginner friendly, dance class. 60-minute class built for people who miss dancing, people who've never danced, and those looking for a fun active night out. You'll get a full warm-up, real technique, and by the end you'll walk out knowing a piece of actual choreography. Class will be challenging, but accessible to all fitness levels. Come solo or with friends. An experienced dancer or a newbie. Your teacher: Christina Rhoads has been dancing and teaching for over 30 years, with a dance credential behind it. She's choreographed and performed in numerous musicals, and competed as both a dancer and a coach. In the room she's high energy, answers every question, and will push you just past the limit you thought you had — while making sure nobody gets left behind. What to bring: tennis shoes, water, clothes you can move in, and a good attitude
